Data Operations Intern Cx Team
Job Description
### CTC: 10,000 - 15,000
### Roles and Responsibilities:
• Helping the retention team at Nova in handling the data of the clients
• Do a sanity check of the data we receive from the insurers
• Getting the necessary documents from different teams and the insurers
• Creating the closing slips and handovers on Zoho
• Coordinating with various stakeholders in the company
• Performing data sanity for existing list of client
Job Requirement
### You're awesome at:
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office applications, knowledge about Zoho would be a bonus
• Prior experience is data operations role would be an added advantage
• Excellent communications skills
