Job Description


:As a Data Operations Associate in JPMorgan Chase, you\'ll ensures client data is available, understandable, and high-quality, Cross-referencing Client accounts to Party identifiers to support Data Enrichment, Mapping Client Accounts to JPM Legal Entities, hierarchies & parties of Interest, Data Analysis, creation, migration and uplift for strategic and regulatory initiatives. Potentially deploys tools and graphic concepts to enable data analysis and influence decision making. Client Account Services team owns the Client/ Counterparty static data and are responsible for timely and accurate set-up and maintenance of Account reference/ static data. You\'ll facilitate trading and settlement functions by setting up and maintaining Client/ Counterparty account reference data and Standard Settlements Instructions on the core processing platforms. Client/ Counterparty/ Firms (Internal) reference data includes cash and stock settlement instructions, confirmations, account level details i.e., name, addresses, country of citizenship, trading restriction flags etc. The team also supports the set up and maintenance of other static data like Portfolio References/ Books/ Salesperson/ Trader/ Depots/ Commission updates / Accounting tables and monitoring of exception queues.Job Responsibilities

  • Executes against documented processes and procedures with minimal supervision
  • Does not directly manage, but leads individuals through the data management lifecycle; understands how to use data related tools
  • Analyze and document metadata using workflow tools to process output
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, business partners, and control partners to document impacts of data quality up and down stream, assess accuracy of analytics, and ensure accuracy around documentation of systems of record, authoritative sources and their usage
  • Provide status updates to measure performance and provide information using assigned workflow tools
  • Directs activities, monitors details, and sets priorities
  • Escalates process issues and risks appropriately
  • Reviews root cause analysis
  • Identifies and documents best practices

  • Generally, 5+ years of related experience
  • Bachelor\'s degree required
  • Knowledge of Digital Tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, UI Path will be an added advantage
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good problem solving and analytics skills
  • Attention to Details and optimal accuracy rate in processing critical request.
  • Ability to create workflows and BRD\'s for Automation Programs.
