Think of us as your personal talent agent, and good luck with the application :) About the role One of our clients is looking to hire a Data Operations Associate for their team. They are looking for an enthusiastic individual who has great attention to detail and is excellent with communication, a person who fully commits to any project they are assigned. This individual will conduct daily data entry work which will enable both our transportation and fulfillment operations. A general description of work to be performed includes downloading csv files from one platform, cross-checking and correcting data as needed, re-mapping data to specific csv template formats, and uploading data into various platforms. This person will be thorough in adhering to SOPs, and, as necessary, knows when to escalate use-cases to management for proper support. This role is intended to make sure data is properly flowing through all systems with the key objective being successful deliveries. Responsibilities Supports the Logistics team by working closely with our transport & warehouse partners in various markets Facilitate the creation of inventory items and ASNs in the platform. Reference our internal databases and warehouse management system to replicate orders in-platform Conduct daily \'order ingestion processes\' for select markets via excel data manipulation and csv uploads. Collaborates with Delivery Experience Ops for address/license validation and ensures that all necessary excel template updates are made on a daily basis. Who You Are / Qualifications Semi-proficient in Excel & Google Sheets You are thorough with details and meticulous with data entry You have the ability to communicate effectively in written form 2-4 years of professional working experience Comfortable working in the US shift Benefits Competitive salary of around 6-7 lakhs per annum depending on your experience
