:Job Summary:

• As a Data Operations Analyst in MART, produce MIS reporting and solutions through data collection, integrity, requirements, and analysis.
• Utilize your skills to support the design and delivery of metrics reporting.
• Existing dashboards will enable you to execute MIS tasks which needs to be completed with all controls, policies, and procedures at the forefront.

Job responsibilities

• MIS reporting for Equities Middle office (derivatives, cash and trade life cycle)
• Problem solving skills to identify, understand and address operational issues.
• To manage multiple BAU/adhoc priorities and projects coupled with the flexibility to quickly adapt to ever-evolving business needs
• Should communicate complex issues in a crisp and concise manner to stakeholders
• Excellent interpersonal skills necessary to work effectively with colleagues at various levels of the organization and across multiple locations.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Excellent communication, presentation (both oral and written) & influencing skills
• Demonstrate independent problem solving skills and ability to develop solutions to complex analytical/data-driven problems.
• Domain knowledge of Equities (Cash and Derivatives) will be an advantage
• Intermediate Microsoft Office suite experience

• Bachelor\'s degree
