• Work on Supply Chain consulting projects across value chain which comprises of Supplier and Channel Partner Risk Management
• Will be responsible for timely fulfillment of reports and revenue recognition from the accounts managed
• Work closely and guide a team of operations executives assigned under them
• Have a target-oriented approach - ensure you meet the standards on both productivity and quality
• Resolve any customer queries and ensure agreed SLAs are met. Work with internal stakeholders for any exception handling
• Work closely with customers to enhance delivery and support infrastructure and processes

Sales Support -

• Actively participate in product demonstrations / customer presentations to drive the right use cases and effectively communicate the product offerings to prospects

Key Responsibilities -

• Liaise with client and business development team and come out with customized risk frameworks based on their needs
• Support the Contracting process by providing functional inputs on scope of work, seek resolution from legal and finance teams and other internal stakeholders
• Provide case-based inputs from prospecting process to refine product collaterals and outreach content

Key Requirements -

• MBA/ Postgraduate (Tier I / II College) with 2+ years of experience in Operations, delivery or analyst profile, product management experience
• Proven track record of successful customer engagement
• Demonstrates the personas including product advocacy and ownership
• Experience in Credit Ratings/Consulting/Advisory
• Analytical Capabilities and Problem Solving
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills
• Highly customer-focused and result-oriented
• Knowledge of new age BI and data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI
• Ability to have strong relationship with Sales and other corporate functions to achieve India objectives
• Ready to Travel
