• Proficiency in Erwin Data Modeler for designing conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, DB2).
• Solid understanding of data modeling techniques, principles, and best practices.
• Knowledge of life insurance business processes, products, and regulatory requirements is highly desirable.
