Salary: Very High (Negotiable based on experience and expertise) :We are seeking an experienced Data Modeller to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience in data modeling, with a strong background in designing, implementing, and optimizing data models for complex business requirements. Key Responsibilities:

• Data Model Design: Design, develop, and maintain logical and physical data models for complex databases, ensuring they meet business requirements and optimize performance.
• Database Management: Work closely with database administrators and other stakeholders to implement and maintain data models in production environments.
• Data Integration: Develop and implement data integration processes to ensure data consistency, quality, and integrity across multiple systems and databases.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with business analysts, data architects, and developers to gather requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient data models.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize data models for performance, scalability, and security, identifying and addressing any potential issues.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of data models, data flows, and related processes to ensure clarity and consistency across the organization.
• Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with industry best practices in data modeling and database management, applying them to continuously improve data infrastructure.

• Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in data modeling, with a proven track record of designing and implementing complex data models.
• Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in data modeling tools (e.g., Erwin, IBM InfoSphere Data Architect, etc.).
• Strong understanding of relational and dimensional data modeling.
• Experience with SQL and database management systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, etc.).
• Knowledge of ETL processes and data integration techniques.
• Familiarity with big data technologies and NoSQL databases is a plus.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design data models that support business objectives.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
