It\xe2\x80\x99s an opportunity to be part of something special.Job PurposeAs all roles in TPF, this role requires adherence to current Haleon GxP and compliance procedures.Reporting to and supporting the Data Principal:Responsible for the Data Governance requirements for global standard costs and transfer prices held in the SAP Intercompany Profit Tracking (ICT) system - the \xe2\x80\x9cgolden\xe2\x80\x9d record across:Periodic data setting (currently annual)Day to day (BAU) changesBusiness change projectsYou will be expected to cover all related activities, with a primary focus on day to day (BAU) changesSupporting the Data Principal with ad-hoc requests, activities & projects in respect of broader business objectives.On a daily basis you are expected to react rapidly to emerging issues that require swift resolution to keep the supply chain moving, whilst ensuring compliance with global trade, financial, legal & fiscal requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesTPF is building a new team at the Haleon GCC, Bengaluru. This team will receive activities migrating from the UK. You will initially play a key part in ensuring the success of this project.Your post-transition responsibilities will include \xe2\x80\x93 but non-exhaustivelyApplying personal resilience, prioritization, collaboration and time management to deliver team and wider TPF & GFS objectives / KPIs / roadmapLiving Haleon behaviours in everything you doDay to day oversight of outsourced BPO team members (Genpact)Working collaboratively across GFS, TPF and other Haleon teams, always avoiding siloed workingAlways striving to simplify messaging about Haleon\xe2\x80\x99s Trading Partner operating model, Intercompany profit elimination processes and the ICT systemBuilding a wide network of stakeholders across Finance and non-Finance teams, managing escalations and ensuring feedback is gathered regularlyContinuously identifying & driving improvements in end-to-end processes, ensuring efficiency and cost effectiveness appropriate for an FMCG company e.g. workflow tools, increased automation, continuous accountingBuilding sustainable processes using robust governance, escalation routes, clear RACIs and regularly maintained documentation (e.g. SOPs, policies, learning plans).Supporting appropriate training & access provisioning requirements for global teamsSupporting regular 2-way communications with global Finance & non-Finance teams to cascade information / instructions and increase wider understanding of ICO systems & processesEnsuring controls & processes, including Sox, operate in compliance with the Group Internal Control Framework or other policies / compliance requirements e.g. GxPEnsuring audit queries (internal, external, financial, non-financial) are answered adequately and in a timely mannerOn a daily basis you are expected to react rapidly to emerging issues that require swift resolution to keep the supply chain moving, whilst ensuring compliance with global trade, financial, legal & fiscal requirements.Leading People:Always acting as a role model, operating upon our Haleon Culture.This role does not have direct reports however team structure could evolve over time.While interacting with others or your own team, you are expected to drive (not exhaustively):Create collaborative teams to drive issue resolution and process improvements with an End-to-End mind set, challenging everything we do and focus on what matters most for the companyDevelop individuals ensuring Objectives and Developments are clear, supported and regularly followed uponProvide regular, quality feedback that helps team members learn and grow their capability and careerDrive high level of energy and engagement in your team and multidisciplinary groupsQualifications and SkillsBasic Education: University degree \xe2\x80\x93 Finance/Accounting/Economic or relevant.Preferred Qualifications: MBA or Accounting qualification (CIMA / ACCA / ACA or equivalent).At least 6+ years of relevant experienceGood experience in Standard Costing, Transfer Pricing, Intercompany and Data GovernanceKnowledge in FICOExperience working with financial data in a large global organizationExperience of working in a controls / Sarbanes Oxley environmentExperience with SAP / data modulesSupply Chain and / or FMCG industry experienceExperience of working with outsourced BPO providersCore CompetenciesTechnical Skills:Fluency in EnglishExperience of working with enterprise level data governance processes and / or systemsIn depth knowledge of SAPSolid analytical SkillsAbility to identify & resolve problemsInterpersonal Competency:Self-motivated and display of initiative in solving problems.Disciplined, robust organization skills, ability to plan & manage workload.Actively seek to improve process making them more effective & efficient.Ability to work in cultural diverse teams and reconcile cultural differences.Effective communication skills and ability to interact with & influence stakeholders internally and externally.Care to join us.
