POSITION : DATA MANAGEMENT EXECUTIVE
No. OF OPENING : 1 (Female)
AREA OF OPERATION: Salt Lake, Sec V (10 am \xe2\x80\x93 7 pm)
Qualification: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree+
COMPUTER PROFICIENCY: Basic knowledge with advanced Excel/DTP, 30+ WPM typing speed
LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY: English (Fluent speaking and error free writing), Bengali, Hindi
COMPULSORY EXPERIENCE: Bulk data collection and entry experience.
Responsibilities:
\xc2\xb7 Detail, error free customer data collection through visit/tele communication /Email from our Showrooms and Marketing/Sales Department
\xc2\xb7 Backlog Customer sales data compilation from all department and interpretation in Excel
\xc2\xb7 Detail, error free data compilation in excel using advanced tools for easy reporting as per requirement of management
\xc2\xb7 Communicating with Customer for providing any missing data.
\xc2\xb7 Error free maintenance of customer data base with regular update.
. Wishing customers on special dates and floating relevant schemes time to time through bulk SMS / WhatsApp as per instruction from management.
. Customer data Analysis as per requirement of Management
