Provide a wide range of support functions to the Methodology Development Group in maintaining methodology and assessment framework documents.
Maintain trackers and analyst contact lists.
Conduct pre- and post publication reviews of documents to ensure adherence to style guidelines and quality
Create and manage document files in content management system
Proactively identify and escalate publishing issues as necessary
Implement process improvements to increase efficiency
Qualifications
Bachelors or master's degree in business administration, finance, data analytics or related field
1-3 years in supporting publication of financial research such as content/data management and quality control
Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and administrative management skills
Exceptional attention to detail in working with and reviewing written content
Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
Ability to understand and quickly adapt to new processes and changing needs
Highly proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of SharePoint helpful but not required; familiarity with publishing content management systems is a plus
A positive, outgoing attitude with good interpersonal skills, and the ability to build strong professional relationships with both local and global stakeholders
