Key Functions of the role:

• Responsible for monitoring and responding to DLP incidents with multiple years of experience.
• Ensuring DLP documentation is maintained, accurately and regularly reviewed
• Appropriately prioritization incidents based on impact and urgency of the incident.
• Operational experience of SOAR/SIEM platforms e.g., Splunk, D3 etc
• Required to analyse and gain insight from large, complex datasets, focusing on investigating live issues and opportunities for change, development, and improvement.
• Analysis of incidents and related issues and opportunities in a wide range of underlying DLP technologies.
• Leads all aspects of reports and analysis produced by Analysts, offering mentorship where vital and ensuring adherence to applicable Cyber Security control frameworks and polices.
• Working with internal teams to undertake business analysis for new rules
• Management of review and retirement of existing DLP rules/policies
• Hands on experience on tools like O365, Digital Guardian, Microsoft Azure, Mimecast, D3 and OneTrust is preferable.
• Be ready to articulate the results of your analysis to others in order to advise improvements to DLP rule sets, processes and systems.
• Attention to detail, and an ability to spot trends, will be essential.
