We are passionate about improving user experience and increasing productivity by improving tools and services.Job Role:This role is crucial for presenting evidence of improvement activities through reporting data and analysis to a wide business and IT audience.Responsibilities:Track & report metric performance against SLAs and drive improvements to enhance service levels.Understand service delivery and end-user technology.Use specialized knowledge in Power BI, Service Now, and other tools to generate reports, dashboards, and scorecards.Interpret data to provide knowledge and insight, identifying the reasons behind the numbers.Apply critical thinking skills for impact analysis and root cause analysis.Create and manage data pipelines as needed, ensuring reliable data flow from multiple sources for further data processing or data visualization.Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data pipelines.Collaborate with teams to integrate systems and data effectively and ensure consistency of data delivery and utilization across the business.This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office.
