Join us today and experience Life at Visa.As a Data Analyst within the End User Support Team, your role involves creating and enhancing new reporting and analysis using various systems to reduce customer detriment and business impact through swift and accurate analysis.Additionally, you\'ll assist in building and overseeing the reporting and data requirements for various business needsResponsibilities:Working in a multi-disciplinary Support team, you will:Act as an initial point of contact for other areas of the business in relation to data and system queriesInvestigate, define and resolve complex issuesReview, update and create rules, filters, etcProduce and develop dashboards and reports to continuously improve End User Support ServicesProduce incident reports to present activity and outcome of operational services and activityMaintain consistent and clear documentation and definitions and communicate this both with technical and non-technical stakeholdersEnd-to-end project ownership and delivery, managing priorities accordinglyCollaborate with the cross functional partner teams to help meet business goalsManage support function for Analytics teamThis is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.QualificationsBasic Qualification:

• 3+ years of work experience with a Bachelor\'s degree or at least 2+ years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Master\'s, MBA, JD, MD) or 1+ years of work experience with a PhD degree

Preferred Qualification:

• 4 - 6 years of strong experience with Power BI
• Experience with Tableau or a similar Business Intelligence (BI) tool.
• Strong understanding and experience of data architecture, dbt and dimensional modelling, or a desire to learn.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Interpret data to provide knowledge and insight, identifying the reasons behind the numbers.
• Apply critical thinking skills for impact analysis and root cause analysis.
• Create and manage data pipelines as needed, ensuring reliable data flow from multiple sources for further data processing or data visualization.
• Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
• Problem solving capabilities/critical thinking
