We set the Information Management strategy and standards and work together with Tetra Pak\'s Global Process Owners to automate our business processes making sure we run projects & services that provide the greatest value for Tetra Pak and its customers. Global IM has approx. 900 employees in four main sites: Chakan in India, Lund in Sweden, Denton in the USA and in Singapore.We are based in Chakan, PuneThe Data Governance Service Delivery Team drives the enablement and value increase of the Enterprise Asset; Data. The service provides tools related to Data Modelling, Data Governance, Data Catalog, and Data Quality. We support many different business areas, use cases and technologies across the enterprise. The capabilities will increase the value of operational and analytical data, on both legacy systems as well as the modern data stack.
As experts on Data Governance, the service team coach the business and GIM in Data Governance and drive the adoption of the tools. The team consists of experts in Data Modelling, Data Governance, Data Catalog, and Data Quality. The main tools we use are Sparx EA and Informatica Data Management Cloud (IDMC).As a Data Governance Service Architect, you will be pivotal in guiding and mentoring the team while actively contributing to the hands-on implementation of Data Governance Use Cases.What you will doAs a Data Governance Service Architect, you will be pivotal in guiding and mentoring the team while actively contributing to the hands-on implementation of Data Governance Use Cases.
You will:Lead and Inspire: Provide direction and leadership to a dynamic team, ensuring all initiatives align with the Enterprise Data Management framework and architectural blueprint. Your leadership will be crucial in delivering high-performing, reliable solutions.Hands-On Technical Leadership: With your practical experience in Data Modelling, Data Governance, Data Catalog, Data Quality and methodologies, you\'ll not only oversee but also actively participate in the development, deployment, and management of Data Catalog and Data Quality integrations, Metadata Management, Data Lineage, Data Quality Rules and Reporting, and Data Observability.Collaborate Globally: Work with teams across Sweden, India, Singapore, and the US, integrating and onboarding all types of system and data into our Enterprise Data Management toolbox. Your ability to collaborate across time zones and cultures will be critical to your success.Innovate and Automate: Leverage your deep understanding of Data Integration, Application Integration, Data Migration, Database Management and Cloud Technologies to drive automation and efficiency within our solutions, making a tangible impact on our global operations.Leadership Competencies:Visionary Leadership: Demonstrated ability to set a clear vision, engage in long-term strategic planning, and prioritize effectively to align team efforts with business goals.Mentorship and Team Development: Proven ability to mentor and resolve conflicts, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment that empowers team members.Effective Communication: Strong communication skills for managing stakeholder expectations and promoting cross-functional collaboration, ensuring alignment across teams.Cultural Awareness and Collaboration: Experience in working across time zones and cultures, with a focus on building strong, inclusive, and cohesive teams.Ethical Leadership: Commitment to promoting an inclusive and positive team culture, leading by example, and upholding high ethical standards in all team activities.We believe you haveMinimum of 10 years of progressively responsible roles on the Sparx EA and Informatica PowerCenter/IDMC platform. Deep understanding of Informatica IDMC, including its components Data Governance and Catalog, Data Integration, Application Integration and Data Quality.Extensive experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, including data extraction from various sources, data transformation, and data loading into target systems.Proficiency with cloud platforms (and their data services) such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.Database Management (Relational Databases, NoSQL and Data Warehouse)Integrating systems and services (Data Integration, API and Cloud Integration)Data Security and Authentication MethodsRegulatory Compliance related to data management, such as GDPR.Security Management (like HashiCorp Vault, Azure Key Vault)Version Control Systems (GIT)Shell scripting (Azure CLI, PowerShell)We Offer You
