Develop and implement data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.


Utilize tools such as Alteryx, Atlan, Alation, or Informatica to manage and govern data assets.


Collaborate with data stewards, data owners, and IT teams to ensure data quality and compliance.


Conduct data audits and assessments to identify and mitigate data risks.


Provide training and support to stakeholders on data governance best practices.


Monitor and report on data governance metrics and KPIs.


Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in data governance technologies.


Required Qualifications and Skills:




Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field.


Proven experience in data governance, data management, or a similar role.


Proficiency in using data governance tools such as Alteryx, Atlan, Alation, or Informatica.


Strong understanding of data governance principles, data quality management, and data lifecycle management.


Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.


Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.


Preferred Qualifications:




Certification in data governance or related areas (e.g., CDMP, DGSP).


Experience with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).


Knowledge of data architecture and data modeling.
