Hybrid Working

We are currently in the early stages of implementing a hybrid working environment, which means that many colleagues spend part of their working hours at home and part in the office, depending on the nature of the role they are in. We\xe2\x80\x99re flexible on how this works and it may continue to change and evolve. Depending on your team, typically this means that colleagues spend a minimum of between 20% to 60% of their time in the office, which could be over a week, a month or a quarter. However, some colleagues may choose to spend more time in the office over a typical period than their role type requires. We also have a flexible working process where, subject to business needs, all colleagues globally are able to request work patterns to reflect their personal circumstances These requests will be reviewed and agreed for a period of time i.e., will have a start and end date.

Introduction:

The Chief Data Office is primarily responsible for meeting and remaining in compliance with Group Data Management and Standards and Non financial Regulatory Reporting and progressing Firm\xe2\x80\x99s objectives with respect to data management capabilities. The primary area of focus will be leading the oversight and further enhancements of Data Governance operating models; The focus of the role is around actively driving the analysis of specifc issues that arise relating to the standard and the ability to manage these to a conclusion. In addition taking a key role in providing support to the regular forums and meetings that support te governance of the standard.

What we\xe2\x80\x99re looking for:

  • Provide support in implementation of the NFRR (Non- Financial Regulatory Reporting) standard across the bank .
  • Ensure the NFRR inventory is updated
  • Support the NFRR inventory attestation
  • Perform the sample testing of the control to ensure they are operating effectively
  • Prepare the KRI/KPI in relation to the NFRR standard
  • Provide the data for preparing the NFRR related deck to presented in various governance forum
  • Discussion with stakeholders around timelines and requested information for non-financial regulatory reporting.
  • Attending meetings with stakeholder, drafting meeting notes, and ensuring follow up after meetings.
  • Ensure BAU governance deliverables are met.
  • Support any ad hoc queries / reporting related to the Governance function.
Skills that will help you in the role :
  • Experience in risk and control environment ad in analyzing the data
  • Direct or indirect exposure to the Chief Data Office at a large corporation or Regulatory Reporting
  • Ability to design or re-engineer processes
  • Experience in managing and/or governing reporting
  • Evidence of working collaboratively to deliver outcomes
  • Problem solving ability to address new situations and efficiently handle any incidents which may arise
  • Ability to communicate orally and in writing to different stakeholder
What will you be doing?
  • Prior Reporting Governance experience
  • Prior risk and control experience
  • Good understanding and experience of financial services business and its regulatory reporting.
