Position: Client Engagement Coordinator- Data Entry
Type: Onsite
Salary: 16,000 (Fixed)
Location: Zirakpur, Punjab

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Basic Data Entry : Perform routine data entry tasks, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
• Data Input & Management : Accurately enter and manage client data in our CRM system to ensure seamless operations.
• Diet Chart Generation : Utilize the CRM to create personalized diet charts based on the data provided, ensuring they meet client specifications.
• Client Communication : Send diet charts to customers via WhatsApp, providing clear and friendly communication for a positive customer experience.
• Process Improvement : Collaborate with the team to identify and implement enhancements in data handling and customer communication processes.
• Feedback Collection : Gather and document customer feedback on diet charts and services to support continuous improvement.
• Reporting : Assist in generating reports on customer interactions and diet chart deliveries to aid in business analysis.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?16,000.00 per month
