Data Entry Operator (Tally Prime)



We are seeking a skilled Data Entry Operator with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Tally Prime Accounting software. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurate and timely data entry, ensuring the smooth functioning of our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Entry: Accurately input financial data such as sales, purchases, payments, receipts, and inventory transactions into Tally Prime.
• Voucher Entry: Create and process various vouchers, including sales invoices, purchase orders, journal entries, and payment vouchers.
• Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements with the Tally Prime records to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, including stock entries, stock journals, and stock summaries.
• Report Generation: Generate financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and trial balances.
• GST Compliance: Ensure compliance with GST regulations by accurately recording and filing GST returns.
• Data Backup: Regularly back up financial data to prevent data loss.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Tally Prime Accounting software.
• Education: B.Com or equivalent qualification.
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Tally Prime software.
• Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy and speed.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Basic knowledge of GST and other relevant taxes.

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
