Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented

Data Entry Operator

to input, update, and maintain accurate data in our databases and systems. The ideal candidate will have fast typing skills, an eye for detail, and familiarity with spreadsheets and online forms.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter, verify, and update data in computer systems or databases. Ensure accuracy and completeness of data before submission. Retrieve data from databases or electronic files as requested. Organize and maintain records efficiently. Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation. Review and correct errors in data entries. Communicate with relevant departments for any data discrepancies. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

Qualifications & Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred). Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator, Clerk, or similar role. Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum

40-60 WPM

preferred). Proficiency in

MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

and data entry software. Basic knowledge of databases and administrative tasks. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
