Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to join our team at [Company Name], a leading textile manufacturing company located in Hojiwala, Surat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data related to production, inventory, and other business operations, ensuring that our databases are up-to-date and maintained with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data related to production, inventory, sales, and purchase orders in the company's system.
• Verify and cross-check data for accuracy before inputting into databases.
• Maintain and organize files and records in both physical and digital formats.
• Retrieve data as requested for reporting and analysis purposes.
• Ensure proper backup of data to prevent any loss.
• Communicate effectively with different departments to collect and verify required information.
• Assist in generating reports related to production, inventory, and other business metrics.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive company data.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of a high school diploma; additional certification in data entry or office management is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and experience with data entry software or ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment, especially in the textile industry, is preferred but not required.

Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Salary:
Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
