**: Data Entry Clerk**---### Key Responsibilities#### Data Entry- **Accurate Data Input:**- Enter data into various systems and databases accurately and efficiently.- Ensure all data entries are verified for accuracy and completeness.- **Updating Records:**- Regularly update existing records with new information.- Perform periodic data cleansing to maintain data integrity.- **Data Management:**- Organize and maintain data files and records systematically.- Retrieve and provide data as requested by other departments.#### Documentation and Reporting- **Documentation:**- Maintain accurate records of all data entry activities.- Prepare and update documentation related to data entry processes and procedures.- **Reporting:**- Generate reports from databases as needed.- Assist in the preparation of periodic reports by providing accurate and timely data.#### Quality Control- **Data Verification:**- Verify entered data by reviewing, correcting, or reentering data.- Ensure data consistency and address discrepancies promptly.- **Error Resolution:**- Identify and resolve data entry errors.- Report any recurring data issues to supervisors for further investigation.#### Coordination and Communication- **Collaboration:**- Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth data flow and accuracy.- Communicate with relevant departments to clarify data requirements and resolve issues.- **Support:**- Provide support to other departments requiring data-related assistance.- Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by supervisors.### Skills and Qualifications- **Educational Background:**- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or related fields is a plus.- **Technical Skills:**- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).- Familiarity with database management systems and data entry software.- **Soft Skills:**- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.- Good organizational and time management skills.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.- **Experience:**- Previous experience in data entry or related administrative roles is preferred.- Experience with data management software and office administration tools.### Physical Requirements- **Work Environment:**- Primarily office-based with a requirement to work at a computer for extended periods.- Ability to lift and move files and documents as needed.Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to \xe2\x82\xb918,000.00 per monthEducation:
