Responsibilities:
• Data Entry : Inputting data accurately into databases, systems, or spreadsheets from various sources, such as paper documents, emails, or forms.
• Data Verification : Reviewing and verifying data for errors or inconsistencies, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Record Maintenance : Updating and maintaining accurate records, ensuring that data remains current and reflects any changes or corrections.
• Data Organisation : Sorting, categorizing, and storing information in a clear and organized manner.
• Reporting : Generating routine or ad-hoc reports from data systems as required by management or other departments.
• Data Security : Ensuring that sensitive or confidential data is handled with care, in compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
• Collaboration : Coordinating with other teams or departments to ensure data is accurate and accessible.
• File Management : Maintaining and organizing digital and physical files and records.
• Other Administrative Tasks : Supporting the team with additional administrative tasks, such as answering enquiries, scheduling, or document preparation, as needed.
Qualifications:
• 2 years of experience preferred .
• Experience with specialized data entry software or ERP systems.
• Strong typing skills with high accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Basic knowledge of data analysis or reporting tools is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
