Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled

Data Entry Operator

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and managing data while ensuring efficiency and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and spreadsheets. Handle email communications and manage document processing. Work with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Drive, Forms). Utilize Excel functions such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and HLOOKUP for data validation. Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality. Organize and store documents systematically. Coordinate with internal teams to generate reports and retrieve necessary information.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's degree (minimum requirement).

Typing Skills:

Must have passed

Typewriting Lower & Higher Grade in English

Experience:

1-3 years of experience in data entry or a related field.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and advanced spreadsheet functions.

Language Proficiency:

Must be fluent in

English, Hindi, and Telugu

.

Age Limit:

Up to

35 years

(Male candidates preferred).
