Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to join our dynamic sales and marketing team. The Lead Generation Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities through various channels to support the sales pipeline and overall growth objectives of the company. Strong English communication skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
Data Collection: Gather and curate relevant data from various international sources such as databases, websites, research papers, surveys, and other Local directories.
Finding the companies & key person: find ideal companies that fit our niche, and within those ideal companies, identify the main decision-maker and obtain their contact information, such as their official email address and contact number using web tools and directories.
Lead Qualification: Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure they meet the company's target customer profile.
Database Management: Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and detailed information on all leads and prospects.
Outreach: Execute outbound calls, emails, and social media messages to engage potential leads and schedule meetings or product demos.
Lead Nurturing: Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients through regular follow-ups and personalized communication strategies.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new opportunities and improve lead generation strategies.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall company goals and sales targets.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and pipeline status to management.

Qualifications:
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent English communications skills both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Have working knowledge of Email Marketing and other online lead generation processes.
- Must have knowledge of Linkedin Leads through Sales Navigator & other tools.
- Excellent time management, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Team player, self-motivated, willing to work for a startup.
- Want to work in a target driven sales environment.
