Responsibilities:
l Collecting information and documents to be entered into the system
l Inputting data into databases and spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and integrity of data
l Verifying and correcting data where necessary
l Transferring data from paper formats into digital files or database systems
l Creating and managing spreadsheets with large numbers of figures
l Validating and updating the data on a regular basis
l Performing regular backups to ensure data preservation
l Complying with data integrity and security policies
l Assisting with reports and data extraction when needed
l Performing clerical tasks as needed, such as filing and photocopying
