We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent typing skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to handle a large volume of data entry tasks efficiently. The Data Entry Operator will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining data in our systems and databases accurately and in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data into various systems and databases.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entered.
• Review and verify data for errors or inconsistencies, and correct as needed.
• Maintain organized records and files.
• Perform data quality checks to ensure data integrity.
• Assist in generating reports or exporting data when required.
• Follow company policies and procedures for data management.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree or higher preferred).
• Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and data entry software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with data management tools or CRM systems is a plus.
• Typing speed of 30 words per minute or more.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,904.16 - ?15,000.00 per month
