Responsibilities: - Input customer and account data by entering text-based and numerical information from source documents within specified time limits. - Verify accuracy, compile and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry. - Check output and correct any deficiencies or errors, if possible. - Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents. - Have expert knowledge of Excel and Word with high typing speed and accuracy. - Store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations. - Print files and scan documents when required. - Maintain confidentiality of information. Requirements and Skills: - Proven data entry work experience as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk. - Proficient in using MS Office and data programs. - Familiarity with administrative duties. - Experience using office equipment, such as fax machines and scanners. - Good typing speed and accuracy. - Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation. - Attention to detail. - Ability to maintain confidentiality. - Strong organization skills with the ability to stay focused on assigned tasks. - High school diploma; additional computer training or certification will be an asset.
