• Enter data accurately and efficiently into databases and maintain records of valuable company information.
• Verify and review data for discrepancies or errors, ensuring its integrity and reliability.
• Organize and maintain data records in a systematic and orderly manner.
• Perform regular data backups to ensure information security and prevent data loss.
• Assist in identifying ways to improve data quality and streamline data entry processes.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to meet data entry objectives and deadlines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role.
• Proficiency in data entry with excellent typing speed and accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of precision.
• Familiarity with data entry software and databases (e.g., MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM systems).
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data entry or related fields are a plus.
