We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of Microsoft Excel, basic computer skills, and a strong work ethic to handle data entry tasks efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities :
• Enter, update, and maintain data in spreadsheets, databases, and systems with high accuracy.
• Perform regular data quality checks to ensure correctness and completeness.
• Organize and manage files, records, and other documentation as required.
• Use Microsoft Excel to format data, create basic formulas, and generate simple reports.
• Handle routine office tasks such as scanning, printing, and emailing documents.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive data.
• Collaborate with other team members to address any discrepancies or inconsistencies.
Requirements :
• Educational Qualification : Minimum high school diploma; additional certifications are a plus.
• Technical Skills :
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., data entry, basic formulas, sorting, filtering).
• Familiarity with basic computer operations (e.g., file management, MS Office, email).
• Soft Skills :
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
