Job Summary

Excellent opportunity for graduates and Post graduates who have good knowledge on Microsoft Excel and basic knowledge of sales and marketing.

Responsibilities and Duties
1. Good Knowledge on excel tools like V Look up, Pivot tables, & Conditional Formatting.
2. Interpreting and analyzing data using Excel tools.
3. Developing reports and analysis.

4. Ability to learn new skills

Data and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, preferences, and feedback in the CRM system.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with marketing, sales, and support teams

Key Skills and Competencies:

• Ability to build rapport and foster trust with diverse customer profiles.
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and data analytics tools.
• Time management and multitasking capabilities.

Job details:

Job Types: Full-time

Salary: 12,000 - 15,000 /month

Timing: 8:30 to 6:00 (Monday to Saturday)

Lunch Service also available.
