Key Responsibilities Data Entry & Content Creation
(Training on all relevant software will be provided)
Create well-structured and engaging documents, spreadsheets, and presentations for web and academic use.
Conduct thorough research to ensure content is accurate, relevant, and up-to-date.
Work closely with the design team to incorporate visuals, diagrams, and infographics into materials.
Proofread and edit content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and team members to align content with project objectives.
Administrative & Business Analysis Support
Assist online students by responding to inquiries and providing timely, student-focused support.
Perform competitive research to identify industry trends and emerging topics.
Contribute to brainstorming sessions and help develop innovative growth strategies based on market insights.
Support in analyzing and reporting on marketing campaigns to enhance future strategies.
Training
On-the-job training will be provided as needed to ensure proficiency in relevant tasks.
Qualifications
Preferred
: Degree in
Commerce
or a related field.
