Job Description

About the internshipSelected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:Input sales data, customer information, and leads into the company\'s CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all data entries.
Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and deal statuses in CRM.
Regularly review and update outdated or incomplete data to ensure data integrity.
Assist the sales team by providing up-to-date customer and lead information.
Support sales representatives in tracking customer interactions, meetings, and follow-ups.
Help create basic sales reports and summaries from the data in CRM for the team\'s review.
Compile data for team meetings and presentations.
Assist in tracking leads, updating their status, and ensuring timely follow-ups by the sales team.
Maintain a record of prospects and update lead generation activities.
Provide general administrative support to the sales team, such as organizing documents, preparing spreadsheets, and handling customer inquiries.
Participate in training sessions on CRM tools, data entry best practices, and the sales process.
