Weekoff : one week-off/week

Timings : 10:30am - 8pm

Salary Range : Rs. 15000/-

Educational Requirement : 12TH and Above

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk. This entry-level position is perfect for recent graduates or individuals looking to start their career in data management. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate records and ensuring data integrity within our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Enter data into designated databases, spreadsheets, or other systems accurately and timely.
• Verify data by comparing it to source documents and ensure completeness of information.
• Review and correct any discrepancies in data entry, if necessary.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of all data by adhering to data protection policies.
• Assist with organizing and maintaining files and records.
• Respond to inquiries regarding entered data and provide support as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve organizational goals and objectives.

Requirements:

• No prior experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in data entry or related fields is a plus.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fast typing skills; touch typing preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with data entry software and systems.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
