Job Description

• Accurately enter financial transactions, invoices, receipts, and other accounting data into the company's accounting system (e.g., Tally, Zoho, or other software).
• Ensure all accounting documents and records are updated, well-organized, and easily accessible for audits and financial reviews.
• Verify the accuracy of financial data and cross-check information from various sources (invoices, receipts, statements) to ensure correct entry.
• Process vendor invoices, ensuring that all payments are correctly recorded and submitted for approval.
• Help prepare financial reports by gathering necessary data, supporting account reconciliations, and assisting in monthly or quarterly closing processes.
• Ensure all accounting entries comply with company policies and relevant financial regulations.
• Coordinate with the finance team and other departments to gather necessary information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
