Thrive in a fast-paced environment? We're seeking a highly motivated Data Engineer to build success for our customers.

• Leverage your expertise in data to craft customized products, transforming massive datasets (structured & unstructured) into actionable insights.
• Partner with the business to empower user groups with self-service BI capabilities, fostering data-driven decision-making.

Your day to day

• Own the entire BI lifecycle: From ETL and data quality to visualization, documentation, and stellar support, you'll ensure seamless BI operations.
• Uncover hidden gems: Dive deep into key business trends, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for presentations and reports.
• Become a dashboard whiz: Rapidly prototype and build stunning BI dashboards using agile development practices.
• Data visualization Champ: Craft compelling visuals that unlock powerful business insights.
• Data Detective: Identify and proactively address any data inconsistencies, ensuring top-notch data quality (and recommending improvements!).
• Data source whisperer: Gain expertise in diverse data sources, strategically designing robust and scalable data flows.
• Bridge the gap: Translate business questions into actionable analyses, transforming data insights into actionable business knowledge.
• Efficiency champion: Continuously improve the team's workflow with innovative technology and automation.
• Communication maestro: Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across teams and locations to define and deliver key business metrics and insights on time, every time.
• Subject matter mastery: Be a persistent learner, willing to dive deep and become an expert in specific data domains.

What do you need to bring-

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field: Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline. (Master's degree a plus)
• 3+ years leading BI initiatives: Drive end-to-end solutions, analyzing large datasets and transforming them into actionable insights.
• ETL Expertise: 2+ years managing data extraction, transformation, and loading from various sources using advanced SQL and Jupyter Notebooks.
• Data Visualization Master: Minimum 2 years of experience creating compelling dashboards and visualizations with tools like Looker and Tableau.
• Python Powerhouse: 2+ years of experience wielding Python scripting for data manipulation and analysis.
• Fintech Advantage: Experience in the Fintech/Banking/Credit/Payment industry is a strong plus.
