We are seeking a Data Engineer, to play a critical role in maintaining and optimizing data pipelines to ensure seamless data flow across our insurance-focused business operations.Location- GurgaonYour Future Employer- Global analytics and digital solutions company serving industries including insurance, healthcare, banking and financial services, media, retail, and others.Responsibilities-

• Develop and maintain scalable and efficient data pipelines, addressing any issues or bottlenecks.
• Implement robust data checks to ensure accuracy and integrity of data.
• Monitor data jobs for successful completion, troubleshooting and resolving issues as needed.
• Regularly review and audit data processes for compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with data analysts, IT professionals, and business stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver solutions.

Requirements-

• Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Engineer or similar role with good knowledge in Python, Pyspark
• Strong proficiency in Databricks, SQL, and SAS.
• Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Preferred: Knowledge of insurance industry data requirements, experience with cloud computing services (AWS, Azure).
