The Opportunity:
Data Engineer


Key Responsibilities:

1. 5+ years of experience in data engineering and analytics, including architecture, ELT/ELT pipelines and data modeling.
2. Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL.
3. Experience with Snowflake cloud data warehouse. Including efficient transformation of structured and semi-structured data.
4. Data orchestration with tools such as Dagster or Airflow.
5. Data transformation: dbt core/Cloud.
6. Experience with BI tools such as Apache Superset, Tableau or Looker.
7. Solid understanding of cloud technologies, with experience using AWS services including S3, Lambda, SNS, SQS and API Gateway.

8. Good grasp of DevOps practices including setting up CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
9. Solid development lifecycle best-practices, including setting up and maintaining Dev, QA, Prod environments and strategies for continuous delivery of data assets.


Additionally, experience with any of the follow topics is a strong plus:
1. Advanced experience with Snowflake, including data sharing and native apps environment (Notebooks, Streamlit)

2. Working experience with Dagster.
3. Serverless architectures for data processing in AWS.
4. GraphQL
