Bizongo was founded in 2015 by three IIT graduates Aniket Deb, Sachin Agrawal, and Ankit Tomar, to digitally transform the fragmented and unorganised yet unique and ubiquitous B2B segment of customised goods.

Today, Bizongo is India\'s largest tech-enabled B2B E-commerce & supply chain platform for packaging, apparel & other customised goods. It works as an operating system for businesses to transform their vendor management & supply chain digitally.

The B2B e-commerce platform services more than 125 enterprise customers in fashion & lifestyle, pharmaceuticals, consumer discretionary, consumer staples, home & personal care, and e-commerce.

What will you work on:

• Create and maintain optimal data pipeline architecture,
• Assemble large, complex data sets that meet functional / non-functional business requirements.
• Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, etc
• Build the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources using SQL and AWS, big data, technologies.
• Build analytics tools that utilize the data pipeline to provide actionable insights into customer acquisition, operational efficiency and other key business performance metrics.
• Work with stakeholders including the Executive, Product, Data and Design teams to assist with data-related technical issues and support their data infrastructure needs.
• Work with data and analytics experts to strive for greater functionality in our data systems

You\'ll be a great fit for Bizongo if you:

• Strong ability to understand the business domain, entities, and metrics and be able to create optimized data views for various dashboard, reporting and data intelligence needs.
• Experience building and optimizing data pipelines, architectures and data sets.
• Advanced SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases, query authoring (SQL) as well as working familiarity with a variety of databases.
• Build processes supporting data transformation, data structures, metadata, dependency and workload management.
• Working knowledge of message queuing, stream processing, and highly scalable data stores.
• Experience performing root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement.

Extra brownie points:

• Experience building Data Lake and Data Infrastructure for a product company
• Experience with Cloud Data Infrastructures such as AWS Redshift, AWS Glue, AWS Athena or other GCP/Azure equivalents.
• Experience with big data tools: Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, etc.
• Experience with relational SQL and NoSQL databases, including Postgres and MongoDB.
• Experience with stream-processing systems: Storm, Spark-Streaming, etc.
• Strong expertise in Java and related technologies.
