Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible and self-driven work in the field of data engineering.
• Robust Software Engineering and Programming skills, Experience in Python, SQL and Cloud.
• Interest in Data (Analysis, Schema, Validation, Pipeline management).
• Strong and clear understanding of the Big Data concepts and its various implementations.
• Ability to create, use and maintain Cloud resources, ideally Azure and Terraform.
• Understands software, manage-, build- and test-tools.
• Customer orientated working mode, with the ability to articulate and make sensible and viable conversations with the stakeholders.

Technical Skills required:

• Very good coding experience in implementing data pipelines using Python.
• Hands on experience in building and designing Data Pipelines with Azure Cloud services - ADF, Azure Synapse, Databricks, ADLS, Azure Purview, Azure Webapp, Batch, PowerBI and other Open Source data services like Airflow, Dremio, Tableau, Grafana etc.
• Good understanding of Spark, Hadoop and other bigdata toolchain
• Experience with one or more Data pipeline automation/workflow management tools like ADF, Airflow, Prefect etc.
• Experience/Understanding of Machine Learning pipelines and implementations on cloud is a plus.
• Good understanding of Metadata Management techniques, Schema validations, and also processing different data formats.
• Hands on experience with Docker and Kubernetes will be a definite plus.
• Modern DevOps practices (including Bitbucket, Git, CI/CD, JIRA).

Qualifications
Bachelor or Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Electronics / Electrical / Computer Science / Instrumentation engineering.
Additional Information
Experience: 4 - 6 years of relevant work experience in the field of Data Engineering and Cloud technologies.
