Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Develop, construct, test, and maintain architectures such as databases and large-scale data processing systems.
  • Build and maintain data pipelines to support data integration and transformation.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to understand data needs and provide necessary data solutions.
  • Ensure data quality and consistency across different data sources.
  • Monitor data pipelines and systems to ensure optimal performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Design and build data visualisation tools (Tableau, Power BI).
  • Document processes and data architectures.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in data engineering or related roles.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases.
  • Experience with versions of data visualisation tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker etc).
  • Experience with data pipeline and workflow management tools (Airflow, Luigi).
  • Familiarity with big data tools (Hadoop, Spark).
  • Experience with cloud data solutions (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
