The Data Encoder effectively manages large quantities of information on a daily basis which includes information review, data entry / rekey of information, order review, and information maintenance.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Working knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word files, managing files, and other office procedures and terminology.
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
First-rate skill set including writing and reading, comprehension, time management, critical thinking, judgment and decision making, and learning strategies.
Excellent abilities in written comprehension, information ordering, perceptual speed, finger dexterity, and category & flexibility.
Minimum of 2 years experience in a data processing role preferably gained from the BPO industry.
Fluency in verbal and written English
Willing to work on night/graveyard shift.
