Job Description

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) for Data/List Cleaner:
Data Verification and Scrubbing

• Accurate Contact Verification: Regularly verify contact details such as name, job title, email, phone number, and company information from reliable online sources.
• Source Utilization: Utilize trusted online databases, social media platforms (like LinkedIn), and company websites to gather and verify contact information.
• Data Accuracy: Ensure a high level of accuracy in data by cross-checking multiple sources. Maintain an error rate of less than 2% in the verified data.

Contact Qualification

• Phone Qualification: Contact leads via phone to confirm the accuracy of the data and gather additional qualifying information as per the criteria provided.
• Criteria Compliance: Ensure that contacts meet the specific qualification criteria, such as decision-making authority, company size, industry relevance, or specific needs.
• Lead Scoring: Assign scores to leads based on qualification criteria and provide detailed notes for each lead to assist the sales team.

Data Management and Reporting

• Database Maintenance: Regularly update and maintain the CRM or database with the latest verified and qualified contact information.
• Data Cleansing: Remove duplicate, outdated, or incorrect data from the database to ensure its quality and reliability.
• Reporting: Provide weekly and monthly reports on the number of contacts verified, qualified, and any issues encountered during the process.

Qualifications

• Data Mining and Data Analysis experience
• Ability to clean and organize large datasets
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data processing
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with data cleaning tools and software

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
