Data Center Expert
Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Data Center Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to define the data center requirements, including capacity planning, power, cooling, and redundancy needs.
2. Infrastructure Design: Develop and maintain data center infrastructure designs, including server racks, networking, storage, and power distribution systems.
3. Installation and Configuration: Oversee the installation and configuration of data center hardware and software, ensuring it aligns with organizational goals and best practices.
4. Performance Optimization: Monitor data center performance and proactively identify areas for improvement, implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and reliability.
5. Security: Implement and manage security protocols, access controls, and physical security measures to safeguard data center assets and data.
6. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of data center configurations, procedures, and protocols for future reference and audits.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology) or equivalent work experience.
2. Proven experience in data center management and operations, with a strong technical background.
3. Strong knowledge of data center security best practices and disaster recovery planning.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?500,000.00 - ?1,000,000.00 per year
