PROFILE - DATA ARCHITECTLocation: Work from home:We are seeking an experienced Data Architect to lead the design and implementation of our data architecture and management strategies. The Data Architect will be responsible for defining how the data will be stored, consumed, integrated, and managed by different data entities and IT systems, as well as any applications using or processing that data in some way. Collaboration with IT teams, management, and data scientists to determine the needs of the organization and how to fulfill them with a robust and scalable data architecture is key to this role.Skills Required:
Extensive experience in data architecture, modeling, and design.
In-depth understanding of database structure principles.
Experience with data warehouse design (e.g., dimensional modeling) and data mining.
Knowledge of various database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB).
Proficiency with data modeling tools (e.g., ERWin, Enterprise Architect, Visio).
Familiarity with data visualization tools and reporting software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent understanding of data administration and management functions (collection, analysis, distribution, etc.).
Familiarity with data privacy and protection guidelines and laws.
Service Now Developer:Responsibilities:1. Design, develop, and implement custom workflows, automation, and configurations within the ServiceNow platform.2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address business requirements related to ITSM, inventory management, and incident response.3. Create and maintain custom fields, forms, reports, and dashboards to optimize data visibility and reporting efficiency.4. Participate in the ongoing improvement of ServiceNow modules, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.5. Provide technical expertise and support for ServiceNow-related projects and initiatives.6. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and propose solutions to enhance overall system performance.7. Ensure compliance with HIPAA rules and regulations in all ServiceNow development activities.Qualifications:1. Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.2. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.3. Proven experience developing workflows, automation, custom fields, reports, and dashboards within the ITSM, inventory, and incident response modules of ServiceNow.4. Previous work experience in a healthcare organization, with a solid understanding of healthcare operations and HIPAA compliance.5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.7.
