• Design and consult on end-to-end IT architectures/solutions/data across BSS domains, specifically in Billing/Finance for large-scale global telecom operators.
• Lead the architecture and design of large-scale enterprise IT BSS platforms, including digital transformation programs, global network expansions, and innovative data solutions.
• Manage evaluations and implementations of technology solutions, PoCs, and large transformation programs, including handling cross-cultural global engineering teams.
• Review and assess various vendor COTS products, cloud/telecom/data/BSS IT solutions, and services proposals.
• Develop IT systems strategy, architectural roadmaps, and align business strategy to IT strategy.
• Provide leadership and guidance to solution/IT designers, business analysts, process analysts, data stewards, data engineers, and cross-functional team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field; M-Tech (Optional); relevant BSS certifications preferred.
• Telecom and IT architecture certifications such as TOGAF, TM Forum SID, eTOM, TAM, Cloud frameworks, etc.
• Domain certifications in Finance/Billing.
• IT Project Management certifications.
• General management certifications are advantageous.
