:We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Data Annotation Specialist to join our team andcontribute to the success of our Lens project. As a key member of the team, you will beresponsible for annotating images and videos to support the development and training ofcomputer vision models. This role involves ensuring data quality, maintaining consistency, andcollaborating closely with cross-functional teams to improve model accuracy and performance.Responsibilities:xe2x97x8f Label and annotate images and video data accurately according to project guidelinesand specifications.xe2x97x8f Collaborate with the project team to define annotation standards, testing criteria, andbest practices.xe2x97x8f Review and audit labeled data to ensure high-quality standards are maintained.xe2x97x8f Develop and execute test plans to validate the performance and accuracy of computervision models.xe2x97x8f Analyze testing results, provide actionable insights, and help improve the data labelingprocess.xe2x97x8f Maintain detailed documentation of the annotation process, including annotations, testcases, and test results.xe2x97x8f Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to address any data quality issuesor concerns.xe2x97x8f Continuously monitor and optimize annotation workflows for efficiency and accuracy.Must-Have Skills:xe2x97x8f Languages: Proficiency in Tamil (Ta), Telugu (Te), Bengali (Bn), and Marathi (Mr) isessential.xe2x97x8f Strong experience working with Google Sheets for data tracking, analysis, andreporting.xe2x97x8f Proficiency with Google Workspace, including Google Calendar and Google Docs.xe2x97x8f Strong communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams and provide clearupdates.xe2x97x8f Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and vendors.xe2x97x8f Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of data quality.Desired Skills (optional but beneficial):xe2x97x8f Experience with Python or scripting languages for automating data annotation tasks.xe2x97x8f Familiarity with machine learning and computer vision concepts.xe2x97x8f Knowledge of data pipeline processes in machine learning projects.xe2x97x8f Familiarity with image/video labeling tools and data annotation concepts.xe2x97x8fWork Location:xe2x97x8f Bangalorexe2x97x8f Hybrid setupxe2x97x8f Shift timings: 4 PM to 1 AM IST
