Responsibilities

• Work closely with project managers and clients to understand and maintain focus on their analytics needs, including critical metrics and KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to relevant decision-makers
• Will be creating financial reports for CXOs and other team mates from the raw data of General Ledger
• Make sure data is in correct format and map required column and values to formulate required matrics
• Identify and define relationships between tables to be used in reports and formulate aggregation and relation queries
• Make sure if the data in the reports created are accurate and make sense
• Define what columns to use and what queries and connections need to be made for creating the reports
• Develop and maintain databases by acquiring data from primary and secondary sources, and build scripts that will make our data evaluation process more flexible or scalable across datasets

### Requirements


Required skills and qualifications

• Two or more years of experience mining data as a data analyst
• Strong SQL and Excel skills, with aptitude for learning other analytics tools
• Experience on working with Financial data and knowledge of General Ledger entries
• Proven analytical skills, including mining, evaluation, and visualization
• Technical writing experience in relevant areas, including queries, reports, and presentations



Preferred skills and qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in mathematics, computer science, economics, or statistics
• 2+ years of experience with working on database and model design and segmentation techniques
• Strong programming experience with frameworks, including XML, and ETL
• Practical experience in statistical analysis through the use of statistical packages, including Power BI, Azure Synapse, etc
• Proven success in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
