: Data and Reporting Analyst (Direct Procurement)
NetApp is seeking a detail-oriented data and reporting analyst in our Direct Procurement organization. The primary responsibilities include:
1. Join the journey to collaborate cross-functionally and be a key player in enabling our transition of direct procurement attribute enrichment data from Excel environment to an enterprise system.
2. Maintain accurate data in tools such as Oracle cloud PIM (Product Information Manager) by collaborating with our global commodity management team, as necessary.
3. Cleanse, analyze, and connect large data sets to validate data, generate analytics, and create reports for the supply base management team using tools such as MS Excel, MS Access, Power BI, and others system
4. Reimagine, propose, and implement system and process changes to increase efficiency and accuracy in our item attribution manufacturing parts and BOM data to improvement cost management systems across the organization.
5. Ensure accurate documentation.
General Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in data analysis.
• Good interpersonal communication skills as need to work successfully with staff and managers within and outside the function as well as on cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and self-directed.

Successful Role in this Position:
To be successful in this role, the ability to collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders will be critical. Additionally, this role will require attention to detail and the ability to handle large datasets.
Key Activities:

• Supporting data cleansing and conversion from Oracle iProcurement and/or Ariba (or other systems) for migration into Oracle Cloud.
• Ability to work with the business, IT, and the system integrator to ensure successful data transfer.
• Ability to perform regular data quality audits and follow up with owners to improve and maintain the quality of the data.
• Real-time knowledge of the status of each data project (there can be multiple data projects running concurrently).
• Lead related troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and solutioning.
• Knowledge/understanding of procurement & supply chain data issues/considerations desirable.

Requirements:

• Experience with Oracle iProcurement or Oracle Cloud or equivalent.
• Experience with Ariba or equivalent.
• Ability to complete tasks independently.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience is required.
• A background in Direct Procurement is required.
• A Bachelor of Arts or Sciences Degree is required, or equivalent experience.
