:This position is part of the data analytics team responsible for providing MIS solutions. You will collaborate with the risk team to generate insightful analytics and recommendations for strategy development, implementation, operational controls, and performance monitoring, serving as the central MIS group for all functions.As an Analytics Associate within the Risk Team, you will generate insightful analytics and provide recommendations concerning strategy development, implementation, operational controls, and performance monitoring. You will be a key player in the central MIS group, serving all functions.Job Responsibilities:

• 'Perform duties that may include, but are not limited to assembling data, building reports/dashboards, and providing input on out of the box solutions
• Ensures projects are completed according to established timelines
• Participates in cross-functional teams as an SME from MIS
• Duties may include, but are not limited to assembling data, building reports/dashboards, and providing input on out of the box solutions for our business partners.
• Identifies risks and opportunities along with potential solutions in order to unlock value.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:

• Graduate Degree and 6 years of professional experience in a combination of business + relevant MIS/ technology/ reporting experience
• Experience in business operations & procedures along with the ability to tie into business fundamentals
• Must have first-hand experience & knowledge of querying different databases & other source systems for data analysis required for reporting
• Must have first-hand experience & knowledge of creating reports/ business intelligence solutions using tools like (but not limited to) Tableau, Cognos, Python, Alteryx, SAS etc.

Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:

• Ability to write/understand SQL (PL/SQL, T/SQL, PostgreSQL or similar) and Data Analysis experience
• Creating and deploying reports with a BI tool (examples include but not limited to Tableau, Microstrategy, Cognos, SSRS)
• Prior experience in reporting and data analysis development with ability to meet stringent deadlines
• Prior experience with call center technology data (Avaya CMS, IVR, Aspect, eWFM) is desired
• Prior experience with Fraud Operations, CTO Operations and other Consumer and Community Banking departments is desired
• Preferred - Alteryx, R/ Python, Anaconda, HIVEQL, exposure to Cloud Database
