JOB DESCRIPTION Job Responsibilities:
As a Data Architect Associate Sr you will support the Customer Satisfaction survey process. Through the application of highly technical skills, you will create customer data sample files across all lines of business which are used to generate insights to better our customers experiences. You will be responsible for working collaboratively to develop solutions to obtain and extract large customer data sets which meet business inclusion and exclusion criteria. You will ensure integrity of process by creating samples which are representative of the entire customer base, through extensive auditing and validation.
o Leverage a variety of analytical and statistical applications (SAS, SQL, Altery, etc.) to describe, analyze, and interpret complex data sets.
o Identify customer interactions and events across a variety of channels (calls, branch, online, emails, IVR, etc.) to target customers for survey invitations.
o Wrangle, prepare and validate data from multiple diverse data sources in preparation for file creation.
o Independently deliver recurring data files in accordance with client SLAs.
o Facilitate requirement definitions, design, testing, and code implementation for survey data to measure customer satisfaction.
o Partner closely and collaborate with data management teams, strategy teams, and other analyties resources acress multiple functional teams.
o Construct process documentation and workflow capture.
o Aid in presentations summarizing code logic and data sourcing.
